HCA Privacy Policy
HCA does not disseminate or disclose data regarding member consumers to any entity other than those vendors and associates of HCA which are under contract to provide services or benefits to consumer members generally, and those which are expressly authorized by consumer members for the delivery of specific services.
Service Warranties
HCA endeavors to establish relationships only with the most highly regarded local service providers based upon the criteria set out in the vendor application. All service providers are licensed, bonded and insured according to federal, state and local requirements, where applicable. All vendor references are carefully reviewed and any receiving unsatisfactory consumer ratings which are substantiated by HCA will be excluded from the HCA benefit package. Although HCA cannot guarantee or make warranties as to the quality of products or services provided by participating vendors, it will endeavor to resolve any consumer complaints with particular individuals or entities.
